1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

Access to the pppjl Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and who are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and at all times when accessing or using the Platform. pppjl operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all Players must comply with Philippine gaming laws and regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these age and jurisdictional requirements. pppjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification.

1.2 Account Registration and Verification

To use the pppjl Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You may only register one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or fraudulent information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. pppjl employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pppjl may result in restrictions on withdrawals and account functionality.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pppjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for any losses, damages, or breaches resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to notify pppjl immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pppjl will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balances

2.1 Deposits

All financial transactions on the pppjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pppjl accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, QR Ph, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 via Coins.ph). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. pppjl does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which pppjl is not responsible. Deposits are typically credited to your pppjl account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method selected. In the event of a delayed deposit, you must contact pppjl customer support with proof of payment (transaction receipt or reference number) for investigation.

2.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each payment method, typically ranging from a few hours for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) to one (1) business day for bank transfers. pppjl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pppjl does not charge withdrawal fees, but receiving banks or e-wallet providers may deduct their own processing fees.

2.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds, free spins, free bets, and other promotional credits awarded by pppjl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering (turnover) requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. 4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

5.2 Disputed Transactions and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor without first attempting to resolve the matter with pppjl customer support, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks — defined as disputes filed after funds have been legitimately used for gaming activity on the Platform — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to collections or legal action. pppjl maintains detailed transaction logs and will provide evidence to financial institutions and dispute resolution services as necessary to defend against unjustified chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on the pppjl Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of pppjl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without express written permission from pppjl. Unauthorized use of pppjl intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pppjl, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if pppjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pppjl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your pppjl account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.2 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with pppjl shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and pppjl. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or, if arbitration is not available or applicable, submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive a ny right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against pppjl. Players who have complaints regarding pppjl's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may also file a formal complaint directly with PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

pppjl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and as further described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in). pppjl does not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to regulatory retention requirements. 9. Amendments, Severability, and Entire Agreement

pppjl may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The amended Terms take effect immediately upon posting. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pppjl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms and conditions, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
